The arbitration shall be conducted in the city of Kiilstofte Music Inc.'s headquarters. The arbitration shall proceed in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association ("CAA") in effect at the time the claim or dispute arose.

Termination

Kiilstofte Music Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Website and the Services, without prior notice, for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Website and the Services will cease immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
